They are not furnished. We do have an income requirement that each applicant must gross at least 3 times the rental amount monthly. Credit and background checks are required. We will accept a cat with the following pet policy: additional $35.00 each month added to the monthly rent and a deposit of $350.00 as a pet deposit. The maximum number of cats allowed per apartment would be two. Dogs are not permitted and we do not allow caged animals.
