The lower level utility room has washer/dryer hook-ups, lots of storage space and a large workbench. In the back yard, you'll find a large covered patio, utility shed, and a new, 6-foot, cedar privacy fence. There is a sprinkler system both in the front and back yard. The home also has storm windows, security doors, and plenty of parking. UCHealth, Children's Hospital and the VA are an easy walk, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is easily accessible. You won't find a cleaner, more well-cared home that's more convenient to the med center complex. Landlords are responsive and respectful. The fine print: In order to ensure applicants have the income and credit score necessary to rent this home, a Zillow application must be completed prior to scheduling a showing. A separate application fee ($50 per adult) may be required if the Zillow Application is incomplete or inconclusive. Aurora is ethnically and culturally diverse, and is a great place to live with a great vibe. No smoking/vaping in the home or on the property. Sorry, no cats. $50 per adult over 18 application fee may possibly be waived if Zillow Application(s) is complete. First month's rent and security deposit due when Rental Agreement/Lease signed.
