Our two bedroom upper apartment includes a stove and a fridge. There are hardwood floors and plenty of attic storage. Apartment will be available starting March 1st. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric while we pay for the water. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. We will allow cats and small dogs for an additional $25/mo. Our insurance does not allow dogs of a vicious breed regardless of age or temperament. This means no pitbulls, german shepherds, rottweilers, etc. We will discount the rent $25 per month if you pay electronically using our online autopay. You must be able to prove a gross income of at least $1,650/mo and have no evictions on your record in order to qualify.
