Flexible if you need to pay the deposit over a two month period (instead of all at once). This is a shared house with separate entrances, basement door is in the back of the house behind the fence. Rent is $1,400 a month and a deposit of $1,400 is due the day before you move in, in addition to the rent that is due. Water is paid for by landlord, Electric will have to be sorted out with tenant living upstairs as it is shared. Residents are responsible for selecting a trash service, and taking care of the shared yards in front and back (mowing and weeding). A background check is required, verification of bank account and employment history for last 3 months required proof in writing or will not be considered.
