We do not allow dogs in this building but will consider cats. Our pet policy for Cats is a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit payable at lease-signing plus $10/month. All applications are to be submitted through Zillow. There is an application fee of $25, payable to Zillow upon application submission. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 650 (per PA statute, the approval decision is not based solely on credit score). Employment, previous rental references, criminal background, and eviction records are also considered. The minimum lease term is 1 year (after 12 months, lease becomes month-to-month). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Security Deposit and 1st Month's Rent is due at lease signing.
