Our Brookland home's fully furnished private apartment is available for rent starting on or after June 1st. This is a bright, modern, impeccably clean apartment with tons of storage. Stylishly appointed with new furniture, it was finished just last year. The location is awesome -- just a short walk to the red-line metro (Brookland / CUA) and great 12th Street restaurants and bars (Brookland's Finest, Primrose, Menomale, Masala Story, Brookland Pint, Taco City, Chipotle, Starbucks...). Brookland is a delightful neighborhood within Northeast DC -- slightly removed from the bustle of downtown but within a quick commute of the Capitol and other DC destinations. Scene of some amazing DC history, and home to Catholic University, the Brookland Arts Walk, and a Saturday farmers' market. Apartment details: - Beautifully fitted out with all-new flooring, tile, doors, windows, etc. - Luxurious bathroom with large enclosed shower. - Large bedroom closet + extra hanging space that doubles as a desk. - Huge built-in wall cabinet with a large TV and tons of space for storage. - Kitchen includes a new fridge, new stove, built-in microwave, and kitchen island, and comes equipped with dishes, cutlery, etc. - New washer-dryer in unit. - Separate heating and AC. - Fully furnished, including with a queen-sized bed and new, comfortable couch.
