This is not a cookie cutter house. I love the rounded doorways and vaulted ceilings. It has a great open kitchen with handcrafted oak cabinets that looks out onto the deck. Awesome in-cut ceiling design in the dining area. We never finished the basement but there is a half bath and a downstairs entryway. In addition, a great portion is underground and surrounded by concrete so you feel safe during bad weather. A new roof was put on in 2018 with a 50 year transferable warranty. That same year we also had new gutters put on. This home has been maintained extremely well!
