Bedroom with TWO TWIN SIZE BED, dresser, tv, full closet and own a/c system. Home has central ac, 2 living spaces, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer free of charge and the best part outdoors: an amazing private pool and lounge chairs for you to soak up Florida's sunshine. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the grass! Baby items (pack n play and high chair) are provided upon request. The pool can be heated upon request to 87 degrees and the spa (sitting area) to 90 degrees. This is a sitting spa, there are NO jets!
