It is a good parking area. The house is the lower flat of a working man's Victorian built in 1904 as a duplex before the great quake. There is an outlet near the deck so you can write that great American novel or your dissertation while enjoying the garden. There are lemons for the picking and other fruit in the summer. I, a retired teacher and landlord live in the upstairs unit and my deck is over your back bedroom. My unit is shared with one housemate who is planning on returning when the campus opens up. Sometimes my grandchildren come to visit and my grand dog even more. We are friendly but respect each others privacy and each other, and part of that is following covid guidelines. Internet and garbage are included but you are expected to be environmentally conscious. You must however be a non smoker who doesn't use incense since I am allergic to most man made fragrances. In addition, the house is not 420 friendly: the landlady strictly prohibits non-medical related use. The place will be available by Oct 31st and rent is 4450/month* that includes internet (sonic), garbage, once a month house cleaning during COVID, and 100 toward water every 2 months. *Possibility each month to do some gardening or computer help for rent reduction in the following month.
