There is an outlet near the deck so you can write that great American novel or your dissertation while enjoying the garden. There are lemons for the picking and other fruit in the summer. I, a retired teacher and landlord live in the upstairs unit and my deck is over your back bedroom. My unit is shared with one housemate who is planning on returning when the campus opens up. Sometimes my grandchildren come to visit and my grand dog even more. We are friendly but respect each others privacy and each other, and part of that is following covid guidelines.
