Since the end of 2016 we have removed skylights, replaced roof on house, had new carpet and vinyl plank flooring installed, totally renovated master bath, upgraded another bath and have totally painted the inside. We will finish the painting with the laundry this summer, 2019 and put a new roof on the garage. We have also painted the large back deck and the small front porch. This summer we will also be removed the ramp up to the front door and building stairs up to the front porch. Shutters have been replaced on all windows.
