Two sets of mailbox and main unit key along with a security fob will be provided to tenants. Damage or loss of keysets with security fobs will be charged up to $200 per set. No smoking or usage of Marijuana and any other illegal substance is allowed in the rental unit. If discovered by the landlord, it will lead to termination of the tenancy agreement within 2 weeks. Serious structural damage incurred during or at the end of the rental period will be assessed and provide tenants with price quotes on repair to review.
