Tenant to repairing or replace items damaged by the tenant or their guests beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., broken tiles, refrigerator shelves). If the home is not returned in the same condition it was received minus normal wear and tear, fines will be assessed from the Security Deposit on file. Must abide by all condo/HOA rules and regulations, and are subject to any fines or fees associated with failure to abide by said rules. Preventing Damage: Avoiding intentional damage to the property, fixtures, or equipment, and taking steps to prevent issues like mold and mildew by using ventilation during cooking and bathing.
