Home is total electric and power is through Georgia Power. Spectrum is available TV/Internet. To move in, you will need to pay 1st month rent & utilities and $800 Security deposit. So including the application fee, you will need $1565 minimum to move in plus any utility deposit required by Georgia Power. $40 application fee per wage earner.
