Last Month Rent applies towards your last month in the apartment, before you move out. (you DO NOT pay rent your last month, already collected upfront). Deposit returned after move-out inspection. PLEASE NOTE: Our application fee is $20 & you MUST be 18+ years or older. This application fee includes a thorough background check and will include a criminal history, credit, and evictions/bankruptcy report. Income verification/Proof of 2 months income required. (either: W-2 form, work pay stubs, SSI, welfare, disability, etc) We will be checking job references and pay stubs. If you currently have no job then we will need to see monthly income of some form.
