Some general information. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and is appropriate for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. Schools are Hope elementary and Hauser. Apartment contains a stove and refrigerator. Washer/Dryer hookup in apartment. Utilities paid by the tenant are: Water, Sewer, Electric and Gas. Water Company requires a deposit and I'm not sure about Electric or Gas. Utility bills will be dependent on your usage so I can't say how much they run, except the water company has a minimum bill of about $40 and the Gas company minimum is about $18. I am leery of Pets but if you have one there is a $150 pet fee and $20 per month pet rent. Dogs are limited to 1 dog under 40 pounds and no aggressive breeds and you must pick up after your dog outside and not leave food outside to prevent unwelcome wild animals. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
