The house has pool, in-ground hot tub, large backyard and shared downstairs space: all great for relaxation and entertaining. There are three other tenants in the house that live in the upstairs bedrooms. The room includes a closet and large ledge that runs around half the room. The ceiling is vaulted, which grants lots of extra vertical space. A full bathroom is located just outside the room. This bathroom includes a second door that leads directly outside for direct pool and garden access. The room has had a recent touchup on the paint job and a deep clean. The floor is carpeted. The room is heated and cooled by the same system as the rest of the house, which is controlled by a Nest thermostat located at the bottom of the stairs. This room also includes a ceiling fan and two windows for lots of natural light when desired. However, the windows also include plantation shutters and thick curtains to limit the heat on hot summer days. No smoking inside. A one-time non-refundable move-in fee of $500 is required. This covers the costs associated with preparing the room and maintaining the room later.
