The living area is really a second floor from street level which affords another level of privacy. The roof is only a year old. The hot water heater is 5 months old. The laminate flooring is two years old. The kitchen and living room flooring is 3-4 years old. The dishwasher and microwave are 4 years old as are all of the kitchen cupboards. The coffee bar and charging station are 4 months old.
