This is a mostly furnished 3 bedroom 1 bath daylight walkout lower level of the house. It was used as a vacation rental but has been a full time rental for 3 years now. It is decorated with a bit of a Montana flair and the bedrooms decorated in themes, the BEAR room, the Cowboy Room and the more Contemporary room. If you prefer your own furniture we can remove some or all of the furnishings. The rental price includes all utilities plus internet. All maintenance, mowing, plowing is done by the owner. It is the lower level of the house with completely private entrance and parking and has a full kitchen with new washer/dryer/dishwasher/new gas range. The floor is heated cement with area rugs so it is very comfortable in the winter and cool in the summer. There is a stand up A/C unit available but it has never been needed. There is a large covered patio that leads to the large beautifully maintained back yard and fire pit and back meadow view. The patio and back yard and fire pit are essentially for our tenants. We have lots of wildlife, deer, occasional bear, a family of foxes, and lots of birds. The owners do live upstairs. It is separated by a locked stairway. Located on 10 acres it is very private but is close to Whitefish and Kalispell for convenient shopping and work and skiing. There is also a 8x12 storage shed for tenant use. All utilities including internet are paid by owner. Lawn care and snow removal are provided. There is a large parking area for tenants. We only ask that you shovel and sand your walkway in the winter. We will provide sand and salt if needed. My wife and I do live upstairs. There is some noise transfer but we have never had any complaints. It is non smoking. We prefer a 1 year lease but may consider other terms on request.
