All furnishings, electronics, kitchenware, etc are supplied except for bedroom furniture. Pots, pans, silverware, toaster, tv, dvd, decor, couches, tables, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc. It's all there! Landlord pays electric, gas, water/sewer/trash, & gardener. You don't have to sign up, be legally responsible, or put any kind of deposit down for utilities except for Cable One/Century Link (cable/internet are not included). We take care of the rest! Just show up with a bed and your clothes! This 5 bedroom home with 2 baths has been completely renovated and includes on site parking. No need to pay for a school parking pass, just walk or ride your bike! This is a one year lease beginning Saturday, May 28th. All rooms will have an individual lease agreement (instead of one lease for the entire house). You'll be responsible for just your portion of the rent & not your roommate's in case they don't pay on time. Each room is priced based on size and whether or not it has a private bathroom ($850/month for the smallest room up to $900/month for the most expensive). Rent includes all utilities, landscaper, and furnishings. You MUST apply with your roommates (we won't place you with strangers). Application fee is $50/person and will not be charged unless you're approved. One time deposit of $600/person. I will phone screen interested parties and will be taking applications this week with virtual/in-person tours to follow. This is a non-smoking house. No pets. Please do not disturb the current residents. Owner pays all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash). Landscaper included.
