I have one furnished room for rent for $1000/month in Chula Vista. I (25m) currently live with one student (20m) and would like 1 more clean respectful roommate. You would be sharing a bathroom (2 sinks one shower) with the other roommate. Utilities are split. There's only street parking. We are quiet I work from home and my roommate is usually out.
