I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to share my duplex with, as my lovely flatmates of two years have now moved onwards and upwards. This is NOT a roommate situation! The top floor has 2 nice sized bedrooms, deep built in storage spaces, 1 bath/shower combination, a sizable living room area, a kitchen with stone flooring, lots of big cupboards, a newer fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and a breakfast nook that faces my neighbors pretty garden. The whole space is approximately 950sq ft. You'd have a totally private entrance (the front door), as mine is the back door that leads directly downstairs. I have a new LG washer/not as new dryer (working on that soon!) right in the bottom stairs laundry room, which I'll be more than happy to share. Other than the shared laundry situation, you have your own private flat ;) It's a super cute, convenient, quiet neighborhood with plenty of little shops and restaurants only minutes away. The location can't be beat for freeway access and overall movement around the city. Bus Lines within a 5 minute walk as well. I'm in my mid thirties, a small business owner and an easy going gal in general. I've been living here since 2014, and really love the place and environment. I'd appreciate sharing the duplex with mature, good natured folks who work full time and have reasonably good credit. The rent is $1300/month. That includes garbage and yard maintenance. You'd share electricity, natural gas, WiFi and water (every 3 months) with me. The utilities are very reasonable. There's a big private driveway that's easily shared, and your own lawn space out front. I do not own the duplex, I'm a long term tenant that rents the entire place, and then rents out the portion I do not utilize. It's managed by Farrell Property Management. Per the property manager, you'll need to fill out the application/go through the screening process to be considered.
