You and your house-mate can furnish / utilize this floor as you two see fit. We only ask that you keep the common spaces clean and cared for. You will also have access to a carport that will park about 4 cars, a parking area in front of the house that will park 3 cars, a huge basement for storage, and shared washer and dryer units. Me (the manager), wife and two kids live in a semi-separate downstairs area with it's own entry way, kitchen, and living quarters that is connects to your would-be floor via a stairway (no photos posted in ad of the lower floor area where we live). We are very sociable and friendly, so you're more than welcome to come visit us anytime. With regards to utilities you would be paying 1/4th, which include: EBMUD (water), Waste Management (trash and bulk pickup), PG&E (power and gas), and Internet. Please not that smoking is not allowed, and no pets are allowed, though there are two resident cats that wonder the house and may love to get to know you. lastly, the culture...
