Private entrance & private apartment (this is a duplex set up) with jetted deep soaking tub, cute little vanity area, coffee bar, vintage style fridge & microwave, extra comfy high end queen size mattress (wink bed!) in bedroom with designated work space. Smart tv to log into your own streaming services (no cable) WiFi, central heat & cooler vents plus additional ceiling fans and space heater for customization. Room darkening curtains and blinds. *plz note New Mexico uses evaporative coolers primarily, these are different than hvac/air conditioning, this is the type of cooler system we use in the house. Laundry area with nice front loading machines available for use, located in garage/common area shared with other guest (only 1-2ppl) *Hand held steamer Located in laundry area for guest use rather than a traditional iron* One designated parking space in driveway. This space is intended for one guest, (possibly two with prior permission & accurate guest count on reservation), and one vehicle in driveway but ample street parking also available:) May consider pet on an individual basis, please inquire to discuss further :) *no soaps, bathbombs or any other additives in jetted spa tub, it will break the mechanisms* thank you Seasonal outdoor pool steps away from your door! No smoking/vaping of any kind anywhere on propery inside or out No filming or professional photos without permission Premises are not suitable for children under 16, safety concerns *no additives, no soaps, bubbles, bath bombs, oils etc to the jetted tub, it will break mechanism & will have to charge you for repairs* *no food scraps or coffee grinds down the drains! Plz do not block sidewalk path when parking -Check out time 11a if traveling without pets, 10a for people traveling with approved pets:) Full exterior perimeter records video/audio 24/7 including pool & patio areas. This helps us help YOU arrive & ensure an enjoyable stay for all. Also used to ensure house rules are being respected by all guests, especially pool safety & no additional unregistered human or animal guests permitted on propery at any time without prior permission.
