You'll be just 9 minutes from all the attractions of downtown Cleveland, like the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, the Cavs, Indians, and Browns stadiums, and world-famous Playhouse Square. You're also only 15 minutes from the Cleveland Museum of Art, CWRU, and Severance Hall, and 20 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or just exploring all that Cleveland has to offer, this is the perfect home away from home. This apartment resides within a multi-family building. Guests are expected to treat the entire building like their home and the tenants like their neighbors. Our Roku TV will give you access to any apps that you personally subscribe to, such as Netflix and Hulu. There is no DVD player or local cable TV. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
