The bathroom has a tub shower combination, a built in vanity, and a built in linen cabinet. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. The apartment is shown by appointment only M - F, 11 AM thru 7 PM. We do not show on Saturday or Sunday. References and security deposits are required. Rent is $1365 and you pay Utilities for a 12 month lease staring August 1. Please Note: The pictures were taken over several years time.
