The lot size is 86'x57'. There is an attached extra long one car garage with some extra storage space in the garage. There is also a stand up shower and stool in the basement. This has not been redone, but it is fully functional. There is also a lot of storage space in the basement with some shelving, as well as an additional non-finished area that could be a game room or living room. The house also has an attic fan (not new, but works) We provide the fridge, stove and dishwasher. A deposit equal to the rent is required. Pet deposit (1/2 the rental rate plus pet rent) and pet rent, typically $35/month would be required. Online applications and online leases are available. Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of direct allotment, online ACH payments via E-check, or credit/debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. It is located in Clay Center which is a small community but has everything you would need for daily living. It is about 35 minutes from Fort Riley or Junction City and 40 minutes from Manhattan.
