Because the neighborhood is quiet, residential, and your neighbors will share a wall with you, (and we want all of our guests to have a cozy, lovely experience), we do not tolerate parties, loud music, or any sort of altercations. If there are any issues like this during your stay, we'll require you to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights. We love our neighbors, and we want them to love us back.
