This is a nice three-bedroom, two-bath, home, with a fenced in back yard and a one-car garage. It is an easy half a mile walk to the beach and in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to Pier Park and other shopping and dining options as well as other fun activities. For families with small children, there is a nice play ground right down the street from the house. Hutchinson Beach Elementary School is also right down the street for an easy walk to school. The property is managed locally to allow for quick resolution of issues and concerns. We anticipate repainting in the next month. If we have not repainted before a lease is signed, you may have input in the colors used if interested. You will be responsible for all utilities including water/sewer, electricity, trash, and gas (the water heater is a gas water heater). We will pay for pest control services and we will take care of the yard. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is a one car garage with the house and space for parking in the driveway for a number of additional vehicles. Pets must be discussed up front and agreed upon on a case by case basis. There will be an additional nonrefundable deposit required if pets are allowed. Lease is for a minimum of 1 year but at this time there is no reason to expect that the lease could not be renewed in the future. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Currently there is a refrigerator in the kitchen as well which works perfectly fine. However, if the refrigerator goes out, it will be up to the renter to purchase their own at that time. There are hooks ups for a washer and dryer in the garage but the actual appliances are not included with the rental. Renter will be expected to maintain the property in a clean and safe condition and will be expected to repair/replace any items broken by the renter. The manager of the property is local and lives close by to allow for quick response to issues and concerns.
