This is considered a manufactured home that was built in 2014. It is 1,980 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 bath Ranch Style home with open floorplan. Even though it is classified as a manufactured home - it is basically a stick built home with your standard 2x6 walls, drywall in the entire house, real wood trim that was upgraded to king size and stained to match the cabinets.
