Split-level house with downstairs than can be used as a separate lock-off APARTMENT with optional entrance thru the garage. This space is also yours and there are no other tenants in the house. The downstairs CAN be used as a separate living space because it includes a bedroom with closet, dining/living area, kitchenette with small sink, small under counter fridge, and full bathroom with shower. There are two doors at the bottom of the staircase in the house that can be used to separate the upstairs from downstairs. Or, you can use both levels together as one house like you normally would. Either/or. Note, there is one set of washer/dryer in the house and located downstairs. Making the downstairs a separate apartment is great for guests, visiting family, etc that want some privacy.
The unfurnished house is $2450/month. I would consider one small to medium size dog for an additional $50/month. Note, there is window air conditioning units upstairs while downstairs (where it is cooler) there is no AC unit. However it is quite cool down there. Also there are 3 ceiling fans.
