There are two doors at the bottom of the staircase in the house that can be used to separate the upstairs from downstairs. Or, you can use both levels together as one house like you normally would. Either/or. Note, there is one set of washer/dryer in the house and located downstairs. Making the downstairs a separate apartment is great for guests, visiting family, etc that want some privacy. The unfurnished house is $2450/month. I would consider one small to medium size dog for an additional $50/month.
