My lovely cozy home has 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & 2 living room home with smart TVs. I have a large perennial garden/patio, which is located on a safe cul du sac in the Cotswold area, which is 15 mins from Uptown & South Park Mall. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and den area with original art and interesting art pieces from my travels. There is also a second cozy entertainment room with a gas fire and smart TV. The large canopied lawn/patio garden has mature perennial beds and patio furniture for summer time BQ's. The available room is cozy and bright with a shared bath and glass shower door. The bathroom also has a lovely view out to the perennial back garden, fire pit and patio. The room has three windows, a walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall A/C unit if needed. The front porch has two rocking chairs for morning tea or coffee. This is a safe community walking area, and there are also two greenway walking areas close by: McCullen Creek Parkway & Mint Museum Midtown. Cotswold shopping center is only 5 mins away (Restaurants, Grocery, Marshall's, Yoga studio, UPS, Panerra, Starbucks) etc This is a welcoming house that I enjoy sharing with responsible & upbeat people. If you are new to the area I am most willing to introduce you to my friends and fun activities in the Charlotte area. Whoever lives here must feel like it is home. Lease is for 6 to 12 months.(prefer 12mths). Owner pays for the utilities if within normal range. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed.
