Urban Forest presents 1320 Luke, a Post-War Modern house at the edge of Old Town. We collaborated with VFLA Architects, rearranging the floorplan to center on the entertaining space below a massive Chestnut Oak. A chef's kitchen allows dedicated workspace that flows onto the living area. The materials palette balances walnut, quartz, porcelain, and bronze. Ride to Old Town Square on the new Pitkin Bikeway. Walk to the Poudre River, Edora Park, the Spring Creek Trail and Poudre Valley Hospital.
