Trulia glitch.4 bedroom plus den(could be a 5th bedroom). new wood flooring (Pergo 24 hour water damage protection)throughout and remodel house layout to better use of space. open concept type with large living room,large dinning room and large newly remodeled kitchen ..new rod iron fence in front of house.has a huge workshop (about 17x 17 add water and plumbing and can be a mother in law house)and a small workshop (about4x8) as well as long shed for wood or lawnmowers(about 4x12) and such.has room for rv storage.nice huge large front (in process of new lawn and updated sprinkler system)and back Yard (also in process of new lawn) and has water rights .also removed all trees front and back .site pricing is way wrong and doesnt take into consideration it was a foreclosure bought and all the remodeling and many things done . Also sf cost is way too low. Its a nice house. Trailers go for that low cost per sf. Need a large house for a big family? Its a must see then And is a make me move type. Right price and would consider. I just keep making it better and the price just keeps going up. If i get around to turning the building in back to mother in law house it will go way higher. But it will be desired by many with all the things i keep doing.pictures below dont show much remodeling as of yet. Will update soon.similar homes going for $105 psf and and nowhere close to all the remodeling as well as whats being done outside.. when done and if decide to sale it will be going at least $125-149 psf.and house pricing pag is rapidly rising and I will adjust to it. The way the market is going maybe higher.And the house is 2485 sf , garage is 585 sf and the soon to be mother in law house is about 300 sf.in no rush to sale.would consider a make me move offer over $375,000.wouldn’t consider a penny less.
