This beach house is a must to see. The owner has made this a great place to know you are at the beach. Very colorfully decorated and nice open views across the canal. Owner has added improvements and updates which include a new floating dock in 2015 and a complete centralized HVAC system late in 2015. The roof is approx. 7 years old. The outside does needs work, so you can make the curb appeal your own. Owner uses VRBO to rent during the summer and it is a short walk to a beach access. There are some decorating exceptions that the owner will take. You need to walk into the house to see what a great place this is.
