There's also a couple living downstairs, so it's a shared, quiet, and respectful household. 1 private room (sharing a bathroom with another tenant) for rent in a brand-new home (the house contains 4 bedrooms, 3 baths). Utilities all included: PG&E, Water, Internet. It is available for Napa/Sonoma harvest interns if you're looking for a place to stay during the season. Long term tenant also welcomed.
