Street parking is always generally easy for quests and residents who wish to park on street, with no overnight restrictions from the City. There is a current utility subsidy fee per occupant in building of $89 each month which covers sewer, water, garbage, compost, recycle, hazardous waste and electronic recycle. Management tries to keep rents well below market and annually adjusts rents (if at all) only effective every July 1 of any year for entire building, with goal of always being at least 5% below market. There is no large management company here. Occupants have direct access to owner all the time for quick response and turn around with issues. We wok hard to make our rents a very good value per square foot for the location. Management openly publishes all base rents annually and operates with total transparency.
