Open floor plan. Lot's of space to spread out and move around. Located close to Camp Randall, Hospitals, Edgewood College and Engineering. Central air, 2 refrigerators, personal washer and dryer (not a coin op) in each unit.
Main level has large combined living/dining area with patio doors that open to a huge deck (deck expands the entire back of building). Deck overlooks a nice backyard. Very large kitchen with lots of cabinets, counterspace and a walk in pantry with a window. Not many kitchens this large on campus.
**Two entrances into kitchen helps greatly with traffic flow**
Second level has two good size bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is massive, 12x24 and typically a shared space. This room has a full, solid, room divider. Room divider is typically kept closed but easily opens if you want. There is also a full bathroom and storage closet on second floor.
Lower level has a bedroom, den, full bathroom, storage closets and utility room. Utility room includes full size washer/dryer (not a coin op) and a second refrigerator.

Each duplex is legally 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There was not an option to list add as 3 bedroom, "plus" "plus". Room for five beds in each unit.
We can legally rent to 5 tenants in each unit. Built in 1977, this is a newer property than most campus housing in this area. Owner managed. Most of our tenants renew for a second year.
We pay water bill and $600 heat credit to MG&E which typically covers the winter heating bills (depending on your usage).
We reward on time rent payment. $50 monthly reimbursement to your group if ALL tenants pay rent on or prior to the first of each month due. This rent reimbursement is paid quarterly.
