This condo is inspiring--fitting of its Hollywood location. The spacious 1600-foot home has 17-foot high ceilings in the main room, noteworthy for its 8-foot high painting and its large half-moon window. Hardwood floors and a mix of new and decades-old, classic vintage furniture round out the decor. The couch is deep and comfortable, believe me. A 52-inch high def TV and surround sound system will set you up right--if you choose to take time out to watch a Hollywood movie while you are in Hollywood.
The sizable kitchen features a six-burner gas range and granite countertops. You'll definitely want to cook.
Both bathrooms are sweet indeed, and also feature granite counters. This condo also includes a loft/office area, which could accommodate extra guests comfortably on an air mattress. During sunny LA days, you can make use of this condo's roof-deck or one of the two downstairs balconies. The view of the sunset from the building's west-facing 2000 square foot communal roofdeck is indeed inspiring.
Great proximity to both the Hollywood and West Hollywood neighborhoods, with excellent restaurants, bars, clubs and attractions. 20 meters from supermarket and 300 meters from Target Store. 2-minute walk to major Sunset, Santa Monica and Labrea bus lines. 10-minute walk to LA Metro (yes, Los Angeles has a subway; this line runs from Hollywood to downtown LA).
This is on a quiet street, but the home is just a few minutes away from the touristy hubbub of Hollywood.
