Our community is quiet and safe, plus very conveniently located. There are wide stairwells and hallways, easy for moving furniture in. The halls are made of a beautiful hardwood. Cats are allowed (limit 2) for an additional pet fee of $25/month/cat and pet deposit. (Must be approved.) By the way, there is a beautiful public kayak and boat launch nearby, but we are NOT in the flood plain. Many tenants are long-term because they love it here! We are not owned by a large, impersonal company, but the building is family owned and managed. We care about our residents and maintain the apartments well. The rent is $1,195/month, and water, sewer, and trash removal are included. Tenant pays electricity. A lease, security deposit, and renter's insurance are required. Application fee is $30 and covers credit and background check. No smoking is allowed.
