The rent is $1,095/month, and water, sewer, and trash removal are included in the rent. The apartment is all electric and tenants pay the electrical bill, which runs on average about $100/month. A 16 month lease, security deposit of $1,095, and renter's insurance are required. A separate completed FREE application for each adult is required prior to scheduling an appointment to see the apartment. The credit/background check fee prior to signing a lease is $40/adult, payable in cash after you have viewed the apartment and covers credit and background check. A minimum 650 credit score is needed plus demonstrated ability to pay the rent. NO SMOKING is allowed. Off-street parking for one vehicle in a video-monitored parking lot is included, and a second spot is available for an additional fee. Cats may be allowed on a case by case basis for an additional monthly fee plus pet deposit.
