Rules & Important Information Utilities: All utilities are covered by the owner. Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests are allowed to stay overnight. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property. A $500 fine per incident will be charged for any violations. Pets: No pets are allowed. A $800 fine per pet, per night will be applied if violated. Cleaning: Cleaning is available upon request. Renters are responsible for paying the cleaning fee. Parking: Free parking is provided in two designated spots labeled "4". Parking outside of designated areas may result in towing at the guest's expense. Trash: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Renters are responsible for taking the trash bins to the curb the evening before and bringing them back in after pickup. Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violation of any house rules may result in additional fines, cancellation of your stay, or removal from the property without a refund.
