All utilities are paid for by the owner. Owner pays for all utilities, this is a smoking and pet free complex. I will look at a any duration of 2 weeks or more. Cleaning will be done by a professional cleaner with a fee of $240.00 upon check out. No parties or loud noises after 1000pm, please respect the other tenants.
