Our home was damaged during the hurricanes and we are selling as is. As of today - 7-8-21, the house has been leveled, roofs, siding and sofits have been replaced. The lower part of the back deck has been replaced. Still to be done is the interior cosmetics of the house (some sheet rock work, painting, etc). The house has new, Vinyl double hung, hurricane windows that tilt-in for cleaning, exterior blown-in insulation and under the house as well as zoned new AC/Heating. We are open to offers and will continue performing the repairs until sold. The asking price is at $84.06 per square foot.
