Obviously the best part is the all utilities included, including Internet. The average monthly utility bills for gas/electric/water range at about $150, so there is a cap if these bills go over $300 during your stay, you will be charged the difference. Either rent with a roommate or have the house all to yourself! There is a huge backyard and gardening area as well. We request a minimum 6 month lease but will go up to 1 year! Pets are approved on a case by case basis. Owner pays for utilites
