This is a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which time noise must be kept below 65 dBs. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties or events are permitted. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. All guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival. There is a 50-pound weight limit for pets.
