The living room has a couch and a flat screen TV. The backyard is very spacious and great for morning coffee or relaxing after work. Backyard has a large patio, fruit trees, fenced garden area and a large grassy area for yoga, play and exercise. Yard is fully fenced, and dogs are free to play off leash. Fully equipped luminous kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, gorgeous granite counter tops and a microwave. There are all necessary dishes, pots and pans, as well as a blender, a coffee maker, and Tupperware for guests to use. We provide coffee, tea, cooking oil and basic spices for guests. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with the walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has a twin. All three bedrooms have built-in closets. The spacious living room has a couch and a flat screen TV. All bedrooms have clean sheets, plenty of towels are provided for an extended stay. Driveway can accommodate one car and has a level 2 EV charger; additional cars can be parked on the street, one parking permit provided and parking is limited to 2 hours during business hours on weekdays without a permit.
