This is a beautiful casita attached to our house with a one bedroom and one bath. This cozy studio has its own separate entry from the house, its own address and its own mailbox. There is plenty of street parking in front and around the house. We are looking for a maximum of two people non-smokers who leave in our casita and keep it clean and tidy. We have kids so we are looking for people who are respectful and drama free. If that is you, please contact me, fill the application and we can schedule a tour and proceed further.
