Remodeled house near Britton district. One of Oklahoma city's newest developing district. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The garage has been converted into an extra space that was used as a hair salon. It has its own entrance, but it can now be used for anything else. It could be an office, man cave, game room etc.... The house has been freshly painted, wood floors have been redone. Brand new kitchen counter tops, backsplash, sink, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and newer appliances. The house has a gas dryer or you can bring your own gas or electric dryer. I just had an electric outlet installed for an electric dyer. Pets are only accepted on a case by case basis. If accepted, pet rent will be added on to the rent. It will range from $30-60 a month per pet depending on their size. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is a large fenced in back yard. The back and west side fence are stockade. I will eventually have to change out the east side fence and I will probably change it to chain link due to the cost and longevity of a stockade fence. In order to qualify for this house, you need a good job history, make enough money to pay your rent and outstanding bills. I will do a background check to look for past criminal activity, evictions, and court cases where creditors got a judgement against you. If you have any of these on your record and they happened a long time ago, and you have not had any recent reoccurrences, I will consider your application. I have a very busy schedule and travel for work. I may have to return your messages, calls, texts, and emails in the evening. I can only show this house on my days off which change week to week (usually weekends are good). Only serious inquires please. Don't take up a spot to see the house if you aren't truly interested and not show up. If you find a house just let me know so I don't drive 30 minutes out of the way and then back.
