As owner/operators, we live and work in Calistoga and our 3 daughters go to school in the valley, so we are available most days for any needs. There is ample storage for personal belongings in the entryway downstairs (enough for 2 bikes and then some). There is parking just behind the building in the safe lot behind the fire station, with access to the front door on both sides of the building. Monthly rental - please inquire with us if you are looking for a 2 or 3 month duration of stay. Utilities are included - however, if you leave the water running and our meter has an anomaly the month you are there, we will provide the meter reading from the city and bill for that extra usage. Calistoga has some of the most expensive water in the country, and we cannot incur the expense resulting from a renter leaving the water running.
