A bit about us:
We (the home owners) occupy the upstairs. We are a small family with a 3 year old and a house demon (cat) who is very people friendly, but not particularly nice to other pets. Sorry we cannot accept pets due to our house demon bulling other animals. We are laid back, busy graduate students at CSU and work full time. We enjoy camping and traveling but are COVID aware/conscientious. We are also fully vaccinated, including boosters. We are a bilingual household and speak English and Spanish with our son.
We are looking for 2 tenants who are friendly, clean, conscientious, and fully vaccinated. No smoking on the property. 1 year lease preferred but open to people looking to rent only during the CSU academic year.
